But now, since machines make such sophisticated and beautiful embroidery, people do not give any importance to the work done by hand. I myself am an example of this, because I have made crochet items with great effort. But since many machines that knit from wool have come into the market, therefore, my hand-made work is not getting any importance. Although not only my hard work has gone into these items, but also my money and time have been spent.
I also set up a regular stall to sell my items, but there was no use there either.
I am sure this kind of art will return especially because those machines need electricity and in the end they will be expensive, more expensive than what people make. This fiber art will return, trust me. No AI or machine can replace art. The only problem we might face for a while is that people find it interesting that machines or AI seem to be able to do what we do. Art and skills cannot be replaced. My daughter lately received a bag for her phone the grandmother of a schoolmate sew. It looks great (the cloth with pink roses). Since you can crochet you can change the design or the colour or try to copy what they make in China. The only thing that changes is taste if it comes to colour and shape but in the end everything returns.
I try to use colors that appeal to today's generation. Since my own daughters also like light colors, I make most things in pastel colors, but I also try to make some things in dark colors because some girls or their mothers like dark colors, so there are colors to suit everyone's taste.
