I doubt people in Manila or Cebu have gardens to practice outdoor gardening, so I believe your statement may be correct only while considering rural areas of SEA.
Yes exactly, majority in the Philippines doing outdoor planting maybe there are some indoors but it is just only few.
Anyway, a success on your proposal's amigo if ever what it is choosen.
