Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Krzeszów

The church is located near the S3 route connecting northern and southern Poland, thus on the route home from last year's road trip to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria. It was a bonus point on our sightseeing map, added the day before our return home.
The Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Krzeszów was built in the Baroque style between 1728 and 1735 and was part of a former Cistercian abbey.
