Amsterdam is always a great city for live music, but the autumn of 2026 is looking particularly interesting. From Dutch pop and R&B to film music, classic rock, boyband nostalgia, and enormous electronic music events, September, October, and November offer something for almost everyone.

If you are planning a trip to the Dutch capital this autumn, it is worth checking the regularly updated Amsterdam concert calendar before booking your dates.

September starts with a bang

September gets off to a busy start at the Ziggo Dome. Dutch star Roxy Dekker performs on September 3–5, giving visitors three opportunities to see one of the biggest young names in Dutch pop.

Immediately afterward, Daniel Caesar comes to the Ziggo Dome on September 6. The Canadian singer is a completely different musical experience, known for his smooth R&B and soulful sound.

Then, on September 15, there is Jacob Collier. If you enjoy musicians who seem to understand approximately 47 times more about harmony than the rest of us, this might be the concert for you. His performances combine jazz, pop, improvisation, audience participation, and plenty of musical surprises.

October: Joe Hisaishi, Bryan Adams and electronic madness

October begins beautifully with Joe Hisaishi performing at the Ziggo Dome from October 2–4. Hisaishi is famous around the world for his music connected to Studio Ghibli films and his long collaboration with Hayao Miyazaki.

On October 14, the atmosphere changes dramatically when Bryan Adams arrives at the Ziggo Dome. Expect a night filled with rock classics and songs that several generations can sing along to.

Later in the month, Amsterdam turns into one gigantic electronic music capital during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). One of the biggest highlights is Amsterdam Music Festival on October 24 at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. If your idea of a quiet autumn evening involves tens of thousands of people, enormous screens, lasers, and booming electronic music, you have found your event.

November belongs to the legends

The autumn concert season isn't slowing down in November.

Deep Purple performs at the Ziggo Dome on November 9, bringing decades of rock history to Amsterdam. Later in the month, Westlife arrives on November 23, perfect for anyone ready for a serious dose of late-1990s and early-2000s nostalgia.

And finally, Muse performs at the Ziggo Dome on November 29 and 30. Considering the band's reputation for spectacular live productions, these could easily become two of the biggest Amsterdam concert nights of the entire autumn.

Amsterdam is ready for a musical autumn

One thing becomes obvious when looking at the autumn schedule: the Ziggo Dome is going to be extremely busy. Fortunately, it is easy to reach using public transportation, and the nearby Johan Cruijff ArenA and AFAS Live make Amsterdam-Zuidoost one of the city's main entertainment districts.

More concerts will undoubtedly be announced and added along the way. For updated dates, new announcements, and information about individual events, keep an eye on the concerts in Amsterdam calendar.

Whether you want Roxy Dekker, Daniel Caesar, Joe Hisaishi, Bryan Adams, Deep Purple, Westlife, Muse, or an enormous electronic party, Amsterdam has plenty waiting for you during the autumn of 2026.
