Custom Puzzle Printing w/SingleJet Heat Transfer Paper!

Personalized gifts are hot ticket items for special occasions, holidays and “just-because-I-wanted-to-give-you-a-gift”. With SingleJet Heat Transfer Paper and an Epson 1430 wide format inkjet printer (or other inkjet system), customization is quick and almost effortless to produce.

These are the steps needed to produce a vividly colorful, individualized puzzle that will make your customer enormously ecstatic:

1. Print out design on SingleJet heat transfer paper (available in 8” x 11” and 11” x 17”). For this particular puzzle, Greg used an 11” x 17” sheet and trimmed it down. This way, there wouldn’t be a lot of over- hang and it would be easier to HOT PEEL immediately after heat pressing.

TIP: make sure you have a copy of the design to be used as the 252 piece puzzle guide.

1. Place parchment paper on heat press bed.

2. Line up puzzle and paper and place on top of parchment paper.

3. Heat press at 350 degrees F for 16 seconds at MEDIUM PRESSURE.

TIP: use the RT 1620 Heat Press with digital time and temperature controls for great results.

1. HOT PEEL IMMEDIATELY and CAREFULLY – it’s hot!
   Let puzzle cool and then it is ready to be wrapped or broken into pieces.
