Help needed for Crypto rookie!!

Hey!

So I recently transferred some Bitcoin to Bittrex to buy Antshares, but I didn't realise that "Confirmations temporarily increased to 6 due to BIP-91"

Does this mean my cryptocurrency won't reach Bittrex until after the 1st of August?

What are my options?

      Everything should be working fine with the activation of the BIP-91 the exchange might be congested with a lot of people. that are taking their coins off the exchange good choice to buy antshares I got in at 2.00 and never look back .
