After Decades of Working to Impoverish the Cuban People, the US Government Provides Some Token Aid

Since soon after United States-aligned Cuba President Fulgencio Batista fled Cuba in 1959, the US government has been working to manufacture the establishment of a new Cuba government subservient to the US government. At the same time the US government has also been working to impoverish the people of Cuba.
