In other words, the institutions handling this material are quietly experimenting with new ways of knowing. They are acknowledging that no central authority can resolve these cases alone. The anomalies may be physical objects or sensor glitches or something else entirely; either way, making sense of them now requires distributed intelligence.
What the Method Reveals About Us
