It is incredible how expensive the price of starting pitching got this winter.

Hyun Jin Ryu singed a 4 year deal for$80 million. The Cy Young candidate had a good year with the Dodgers but now is heading north of the border.

The lefthander looks to solidify a Blue Jay rotation that was depleted after trading Marcus Stroman to the Mets.

Ryu is the 4th pitcher signed this Winter to a big contract. Cole, Strasburg, and Wheeler all took home massive contracts with their respective teams.
