There was no explanation as to why this station was $2.05 and the three neighboring stations were all around $2.24. I would have been in line at the Safeway too! Our prices here in Illinois are a little lower than last week, but still at $2.40. This drop is surprising in light of the fact that it always raises in time for the holiday travel. Not holding my breath, there's still a few days for them to raise it.
