Newcomers to Steemit talk about their experiences !

Yeah. It'd be sweet if @dlive would host the main stream on the main account and just jump into everyone's feeds for a few minutes on a schedule pass through. It would make for great exposure for everyone involved.

If you're on Android I would highly recommend checking out Steepshot (Instagram) and Zappl (Twitter). Zappl is available now on the Apple Store and a beta version of Steepshot is available for iOS but should hopefully come soon.
Are those applications that are linked through Steemit?
Yeah they have you log in with your username and posting keys. You will only see content from that app within the app but when you post it goes to the Steem blockchain so it will appear on your Steemit profile just like any other post.

Maybe not. Oh well.
I don't think it can because it would have to delete the thread including a post you didn't author. It's also not able to be deleted if there's been an upvote so I wonder if a non-upvote parent had a non-upvoted sub then it would take both if they were authored by same person. I'm going to try creating a sub on a random nothing comment I left and see if I can delete the thread.
I just tested with my comment "Bring on Alla!" and created a sub-comment to that comment. I couldn't delete the thread at that point but I could delete my sub-comment comment. From there I was then able to delete the parent thread.
Excellent experiment! I had never really thought about how the implications could play out. It just gave me an idea to suggest to @dlive in discord though.
