Hopefully it was just a reaction to what the toy was made of, and he'll never fit again.

Reminds me of our smooth-coat collie, who began to have strange fits too. I'd forgotten. She passed away some years ago, but did have weird issues for a while. Lovely dog though ... a legend. <3
