I love this take on a mermaid. The colour is so soft. Is it digital pastel?

Thank you @donnadavisart! Yes, I used photoshop brushes, and one of them (the one I use the most) is some kind of pastel. At the end of this post I made a printscreen of the brush I usually use : https://steemit.com/drawing/@helenelenoble/just-for-fun-1-coloring-a-sketch
