I cant claim to know anything about Bitshares.
Scrypto dont seem to be saying to much but there will also be a scrypto coin and its own blockchain so it might just turn out to be what we are all hoping
It looks to me as though a 'decentralised version' (based on a blockchain) is in their future plans, but not an essential aspect of it, so I'm not all that hopeful. Very much looking forward to what comes of EOS though.
I gotta learn about EOS so!
