там апают сразу 2 бота, мсп ловбот и мсп мюзик. Для этого надо делегировать 100 сп (кажись 100, не помню точно) Это есть инфа в канале дискорда PAL, откуда минноусуппорт апвоты ставит. Смотри там в msp services
