POWER OF THE COMMUNION
Don't disregard the service of the Holy Communion. It is of utmost importance in the life of a believer. It is an injection of the life force of JESUS into you to stir up your own dormant life

No, it isn't source of spiritual power. Rituals don't feed us spiritually or draw us closer to God. Communion is just bread and wine. Jesus said to do it in remembrance of him so yes it's good to do. But the Bible doesn't say that taking communion is magical in some way.
Want to be closer to God? Read your Bible every day. Repent of your sins and accept what Jesus did on the cross as payment for your sins. Accept Jesus as Lord. Pray everyday. Use the ACTS model of adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication. Go to a Bible believing church regularly. Leave the Catholic Church. It's a cult led by a man who claims to have divine knowledge and authority.
