In the backyard today
A few random photos from the backyard...just wandering around appreciating summer.
I will miss the Baltimore Orioles when they migrate south in a few weeks.
Most of the summer flowers are fading.
And there are even a few warning signs that autumn is on it's way.
All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
The moon rolls through the nighttime, till the daybreak comes around

I miss the change of seasons...at least in fall. Not so much in winter haha. I also enjoy seeing the birds I remember from the mid-West that we don't have out here. Nice post @melinda010100

I love the photo of the Baltimore Oriole! They are a beautiful bird and that's a terrific photo you got! Your bee balm is looking like mine but I did dry some of the petals, they have a very nice flavor. Great post and photos @melinda010100!! ❤
Thanks, luv! Those female Orioles aren't as showy as the males, and I realized I take far more pictures of the males. I've been trying to not be so sexist!😃
