RE: # Zuckerberg acknowledged the mistake

in #facebook8 years ago

And he's on the verge of making the biggest mistake right now... In over-policing Facebook, he is on the verge of killing it. I will leave grudgingly, but these days, I can barely do my normal things on Facebook without it flagging my helpful comments as "spam" or it deciding that I don't really want all the notifications I've asked for... Or some political leanings being removed by the FB police.

People are beginning to be on Facebook only because there isn't another obvious option. Google + is mostly dead already - though I'm using it more these days - and Steemit (let's face it) isn't a Facebook replacement.

I hope I'm wrong because I like Facebook and use it lots to keep in touch with my friends in far-off places, but when I can no longer interact without having my comments labeled as "spam", it becomes useless.

Thanks for sharing.
