IF THE EARTH IS OVERPOPULATED - WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY CHILDREN?
Good question... or is it?
A common belief out there is that the world is overpopulated. In a time where not having children is often portrayed as the "responsible" thing to do, why would I father "so many" children. In this video I talk about the development of my current understanding on this issue, and why I choose to allow for the possibility of more children in my family. Certainly is not a bad thing to have a lot of kids. The World does not have a procreating problem, it has a parenting problem. As long as you can take care of your kids, you can have as many you want

Overpopulation talk makes my hair stand on end. It's propaganda designed to make us consider each other disposable. That's not a precursor to anything good.

Quality of parenting (in the west), is a problem...but again, much of this is down to the inter-generational destruction of the nuclear family by governments.. (the same people telling you the earth is overpopulated, funnily enough)..
Very valid point. That's why a large portion of my lifestyle reform has that very end as the goal, the restoration of the nuclear family. Thanks!

The Bible does tell us that children are a blessing from God. Psalm 127:3-5 says, “Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.”

I agree with you papa-pepper! The goal is to keep people ill. There is more money for pharmaceuticals that way. We aren't overpopulated, we have irresponsible parenting. There is enough land mass in the world to spread people out so there wouldn't be *** population problem***. As far as having insufficient food to feed the growing world population, we have mismanagement there too. People are not encouraged to be self-sufficient. The governments need people to be sheeple and depend on them for everything. All my children and grandchildren are a blessing from God. I cherish them for the gifts they are. If I could have had more, I would have. But the Creator said that I had enough.
