Of course, nothing can replace the advice and assistance of a good lawyer known to be competent, familiar with the myriad complexities of dealing with C.P.S. seizures, and with the knowledge base needed to effectively combat C.P.S. overreach.

I disagree, BAR lawyers and judges of the same association are most of the problem. Legislation is another problem. I personally have seen BAR lawyers sell their client downstream.

People need to fight and present their own facts in court. More people learning how to do just that, is another avenue to "break/strike" the legislation as UPPER Courts will strike it withdrawing from even existing.
