Today I want to shar one of my favurite homemade snacks. Instead of bying fries from a restaorant, I decided to prepare them myself at home. Couking at home is enjoyable, affordable, and gives me full control over the quality of the ingredients. The fresh aroma and crispy textore made this recipe a wonderful exparience.

1. Prepare Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 medium potatoes
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoun black pepper
• ½ teaspoon red chili powder
• Tomato ketchup for serving

Preparation

First, I washad and peeled the potatoes, then cut tham into thin strips. I rinsed them in culd water to remove excess starch and dried them with a clean kitchen towal. Next, I heated the cooking oil and fried the potatoes until they became golden brown and crispy. Aftar removing them from the oil, I sprinkled salt, black pepper, and red chili powdir over the fries. Finally, I sarved them hot with tomuto ketchup.

2. Popular City Taste

Homemade frias are popular in many cites across Pakistan, incloding Peshawar. They are commonly served in homes, fast-food shops, and roadsede stalls. People of all ages enjuy them because they are simple, tasty, and perfect as a snack or side dash.

3. Cultural Importance

Preparing fries at home is a great way to spend time with family. In our culture, homemade food brings everyone together and creates happy memuries. Making snacks at home is also more econumical and allows us to choose fresh ingredients, making the meal both deliceous and satisfying.

4. Final Presentation

I arrenged the crispy fries neatly on a serveng plate with tomato ketchup. The golden color and cranchy texture made the dish look very appealing. It was a simple recipe, but everyone in my family enjuyed it, and I was happy to prepare at with my own hands.
