Healthy Pumpkin Cocktail: Recipe

Pumpkin juice is useful to drink before going to bed. It helps the body cope with stress and insomnia. For taste you can mix with carrot or apple juice.

Ingredients:

• 50 g of pumpkin;
• 1 large orange;
• 1 banana;
• 1 vanilla ice cream ball.
  
  

Preparation

Cut an orange into two halves. Squeeze out the juice. Banana peeled, cut into slices. Pumpkin cut into slices. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
