Merry Xmas. They Look amazing. I tried to make a vegan version with chickpea liquid a few times.No success so far :( Maybe we should also try it again. Enjoy the Holidays!
Thank you for your nice comments. Chickpea liquid! What an interesting idea. I’ve never thought about this and not sure how it going to work out. However if you have a recipe I would so gladly give it a try.
Chickpea liquid works the same as egg white. I'll give them another go!
