Steaming Some Puto

Hi Steemians,

My Friday is about to end and tomorrow is the start of weekend. I got nothing much going on today which made it possible for me to cook a batch of this puto. We call them puto and they are fun to cook because you can have your own take.

You need to make a batter then pour into these little containers and steam them. That's how simple it is to make them. I made two kinds one is the purple puto with cheese and the other is plain puto batter then I topped with salted eggs.

I am experimenting with the recipe and perfecting the taste. Not too sweet but just enough to keep you munching. As always it will be my two kids who will do the taste test 😉
