The apple is the most popular and the most delicious fruit on Earth. There is nothing better than to bite into a bright, red and juicy apple to quench your thirst and satisfy your sweets while promoting your health significantly. The apple is fruit belonging to the family Rosaceae and bears the scientific name Malus domestica. Their descendants were the wild apple (Malus sieversii) still producing in many parts of Central Asia.

Due to High fiber contents apples help in digestion. Regular consumption of apples ensures smooth bowel movements, prevents constipation, and stomach problems.

Prevent Cancer

The role of apples in cancer prevention has been researched. Although they have shown moderate improvements in the treatment of various types of cancer, particularly breast and colon cancer, the most important finding is that of lung cancer.

Improve Intestinal Health

One of the most important and neglected parts of our health is the beneficial bacteria that live in our body. The apple helps to improve the function of the bacteria living in our large intestine.

I remeber visiting my doctor last week and he adviced me to eat apple at night even if I don't eat anything else.

Apples are great! There are thousands of varieties of apples and they all taste amazing. One day I want to get an apple tree and graft different varieties of apple on it. That way you get different apples on the same tree!
