That looks super good! I usually, when we eat fish, buy fish at the market. But fresh fish is so expensive here. I think I will try the frozen one from the supermarket. Thank you!
Fish is quite expensive here too. Sometimes fresh fish is best but I have found that in this recipe frozen works well. It’s convenient too because you can use straight from the freezer so don’t need to remember to defrost.
