I love Dan Dan noodles! My nephew took my to this gastropub called the Whistling Duck when I was visiting him recently in San Diego, and I swear I drool a bit every time I think of the ground pork Dan Dan noddles that I had there!

Your recipe looks great and quick to make, can't wait to try it! 😊
