Happy Monday Steemians!

How about some apples surrounded by cake goodness today?!

Today is my Uncle's birthday, and this idea was inspired by him, so you can all thank him for this.

I can't even begin to tell you how nice it is to be back in the states and have access to all the ingredients I missed so much. I'll be posting a lot more about that in weeks to come.

        Btw, this is a smaller cake, no? Guess you made it just for your uncle?

        NOTE: I want to try your RASPBERRY & CHEESECAKE SWIRLED PANCAKES. Also your #Quesadilla with Gouda and bacon!
