Fast Food should only be consumed as a treat. It is expensive. I have a 12yo and 8 yo and they are hungry beasts, so a trip to Maccas is far more expensive than putting together a pasta at home. We as a family do go to fast food outlets, but it is becoming less, as we learn to cook and prepare meals at home.
