Thank you so much for falling in love with asian foods. I have noodles (in soup or wok-fried) and dumplings (steamed, in soup or pan-fried) quite often for lunch.
Variety of cooking never makes noodles and dumplings eating boring :-)

Buy me a flight ticket, I'd fly to your city and show you authentic ways to make your own Chinese dumplings and noodles :-) haha.
