Delicous Home Cooked Chinese Food
Just had an amazing home cooked Chinese lunch made by a friend. We had Cola chicken, fresh steamed fish with ginger, pan fried chicken gizzard, and stir-fried fresh vegetables.

可乐鸡 （Cola Chicken）
清蒸鱼 （Steamed Fish with Ginger)
炒鸡肫 （Pan-fried Chicken Gizzard)
素菜 （Stir-fried Fresh Chinese Vegetables)

What kind of fish is it?
I have never seen such a fish in the Mediterranean.. :O
It’s a flounder. Normally this dish calls for Seabass but we tried it with flounder and it turned out great!
