Rare Tri tip roast beef. Lemon juice, zest and olive oil aioli with shredded romaine heart on Ciabatta bread.

Rosemary, parsley and thyme chicken noodle soup. Fried chicken with light cumin. Caramelized onion and carrot with celery. Fresh made chicken stock.
