Keep the carbs UP Danny. Aim for 3000 calories, and you wont be so emotional. 10 bananas = 1000 calories. ;) Aim for HIGH-Carb.... 10 oranges, the whole melon, etc.. don't restrict calories.

Also I am not complaining about the emotions. I think they have been suppressed for many years and it’s good to cry regularly. There are slot of crazy things in Thai world Ron cry about as well as plenty to laugh about too.

DOnt think so. I spent most of my life being well over carbed!!
