Tacos in the Taquería - Vigo, Spain
I remember when we had these awesome tacos in Vigo last June, we were there for a Jazz festival and the local pride. This was the best idea ever! And the hot sauces were all very delicious, I'll go back someday for sure! The twist on these tacos was great because this cheese is "Queso del país" which was a surprising creamy combination with the beef.
Slather with hot sauce, squeeze some lime and let's roll!
