Pounded yam is extremely incomplete without a correct Egusi soup.... once served and eaten, i bet you gonna loose your mind afterwards. The food is delicious and enjoyable; And once in a while, some of these foods can make you feel rootless and homesick.
It is mostly eaten in the Western part of Nigeria
