          In my opinion YouTube will lose popularity soon. Their algorithms, policy are going wrong way. YT is promoting "Family Friendly" videos. We are a bit too old to watch fairytales.

          I agree, however i do not feel you are speaking of the correct mechanics.

          ThemTube made a following by allowing content creators to start making money. And so many tried and a bunch succeeded. The entirety of ThemTube is based on these creators.

          ThemTube has already turned off the spigot. The new crop of content creators has been destroyed. With their ad-pocolypse and now their way high bar for getting monetized, the tomorrows stars are not on ThemTube.

          So, ThemTube is now just waiting to die.

          You are right, I think the same as you. There is no chance to be promoted on yt without putting money on it

          Fuck YouTube .. I have a channel with <1k subs there with 99% technical content ... and got about 10 strikes for stupid reasons (e.g. having the radio on in the background). 9 if them got revoked after complanis from my side.
          Thats why I stopped adding content there.. and moved everyhing here
          even more due to their stupid policy change in february...

          Well YouTube demonetized a number of our videos where we expose Indian scammers, so yeah, switching over to D Tube.
