Capitalist would imply that they're doing this for financial gain. This is about social engineering. In this case BlizzActi is more like the Soviet Nomenklatura.

    They're socially engineering their game so more people feel more comfortable playing it and spend more time in it/buy more loot crates. Also communism is about sharing wealth. This is more like facism.
