Dreading what I am going to find in the morning,
Its 25 minutes past 11 at night, I'm lying in bed listening to the pouring rain and strong winds. I am not looking forward to finding out what my little flower garden will look like in the morning.
The sensible thing I should have done was check the weather forecast, I would have saved myself a fortune plus wouldn't have worn myself out if I had been pre- warned.
I could cry thinking about it, probably going to have to start all over again.
HAS NO ONE REMINDED MOTHER NATURE ITS JUNE, WE SHOULD BE HAVING GOOD WEATHER

We had great weather for a few days but today It also struck me by surprise. Wasn't wearing proper rain clothes while commuting to work. Hope we have a 30 degrees December this year!

WHen I say I really empathize with you, I truly mean it. That's because I am in a windy place also (N.D.) - so here, I have experienced LOTS of Wind and frost too - which ruined the garden one year.
I will bet, going forward, you'll check your weather forecast often !
I will follow your travails.

Sorry about your flower garden I'm glad you are ok though. We had bad storms here around 530 yesterday. It rained over an inch in 15 minutes and there was some damage from the winds as well. I'm ok though. I have to admit it was a little awesome because I was walking out of the theater from seeing wonder woman. Feeling empowered and excited I heard a big boom and saw a flash of light... after we all jumped and gasped.. It started pouring. It was kind of a perfect ending to an awesome movie. :)
Wow that would have been amazing, Wish Wonder Woman would come save my flowers lol
ikr, the movie didn't teach us how to call on her though. Maybe that will be in the next one :)

Awe..So sorry, Karen!! It's sad to see your hard work and precious resources go to pot, but your garden will come back stronger and prettier!!

Our weather here is so unpredictable, I cringe every time I plant something new outside. The best season I had was when I had a homemade greenhouse. That way, I got to control the weather. Prayers for your plants.
