Thanks for the vote, i have followed you and voted this post as i have done this before myself, works awesome, i love sweet potatoes, the water method is the same way i restart celery and other plant leftovers from store bought produce to restart plants.

      Im fairly new aswell but i read up on it a bit before joining, ive only been here a month, since first week of march.
