good old cheetah... should establish a whitelist for weekly reoccuring not spammy posts... but I guess those copy and paste stuff (I myself also run giveaways) is a greyzone in Steemit.com - afaik there only should be unique not using copy and paste stuff but also helping minnows to grow is a fine stuff ;)
