Baga beach is famous for water sports, parasailling and banana rides. Baga beach is located closed to Calangute beach around 28-30 km North of Panaji.
I have never heard of a banana ride. I am guessing it's not a ride in a vehicle styled like a giant banana, that would just be silly. Perhaps it's a ride on something that slides around on the beach, as if you were constantly slipping on a banana? I guess I'll never know.
