Awesome! Looks like you are either from MI or recently vistited. Is this grand haven? I just joined Steemit. I’m in Grand Rapids and dreaming of Michigan summer .

Thank you! Grand Haven lighthouse is one of my favorite lighthouses in Michigan, and I got to photograph it twice! (And I do hope to return for more photography..!) This is Saint Joseph Lighthouse.

Such a high energy image. Of course, the colour is absolutely spectacular as well as the sharply defined geometry as it contrasts against the sky. But what really draws me are the layers of water, the small 'swell' coming towards me, smashing against the pier walls. So surreal. Resteemed. 🦋
