unofficial means that I don't work for Steemit, Inc. and I was not commissioned to do this. However, you can read the official steemitblog information on the upcoming Hardfork here: https://steemit.com/steem/@steemitblog/steem-0-17-change-proposal-introduction
From everything I've read, it appears that these are still in the proposals phase and not decided upon, but to be honest, I cannot really tell for sure. I'm going to change one thing on the infographic...
