My observation is that you obeyed our rules , including date of your health challenges.Engaging with others in their post.Giving health advice base on personal experience not making it vague but being specific in the quantity of things we need to eat ,what we need to do and important health talks advise from your experience.

No tomo café, porque esta bebida altera mucho mis emociones. Sin embargo, el té si me gusta y es el que suelo tomar durante el día... Además de que los beneficios que le aporta a mi salud, han sido clave para que lo tome con más frecuencia jajajaja.

Me encantó compartir con ustedes parte de mi actividad saludable. No tengo la menor duda de que cuando nos ejercitamos y comemos sano, gozamos del bienestar.
