Heaven or Hell
All our religious texts keep talking about heaven and hell. But I really wonder if this is actually a place on the other side of the realm. Is it a physical place or what. When I look back at our lives on Earth, somethings happening here look worse then hell also. For me I believe heaven and hell is all here and not on the other side of the realm
Hell for me was when I was with my husband in the hospital for his treatment, every moment I saw him sinking and my heart would also sink with it. Moments of despair, helplessness all felt like hell. And then moments like when I celebrated my 30th anniversary last year with him, it was a moment of utter joy, love and compassion and I truly felt like I was in heaven in that moment.
Hell is a child going to bed hungry while restaurants throw food away at night. It’s loneliness in a crowded city. And heaven is like the debt is finally paid, or when the medical report comes back clear.
I’m not saying the afterlife isn’t real. I don’t know. None of us truly do until we get there. What if heaven and hell is all here itself. We experience both every single day, based on how we live, how we treat people, and what we choose to feed — our fears or our compassion. If heaven and hell are here, right now, then every moment is the afterlife.

Some say we are already in hell, to make it to heaven it's said we have to get through life. I wouldn't be too surprised if we are already in some form of hell as with the horrid things that humans do to each other.
