This morning was very good, and the weather was also beautiful. I woke up a little late today, but still, as I have a habit of going out in the morning, I went out for a while. Pagla railway station is near my house. So, I went to the railway station and stayed there for a while. A little while after I went to the station, a train was coming from Narayanganj, which was going to Dhaka. I had never been to the station at that time, but I went today. It was very nice to see this beautiful environment of the railway line. Especially the passengers who travel from Narayanganj to Fatulla, Pagla, and Gandaria get on the train without buying tickets. They do the same when coming from Dhaka. That's why I hear every year that there is a huge loss on the Dhaka to Narayanganj train line. But there is no one to supervise. In my opinion, if two checkers were kept, there would be a loss, let alone a lot of profit. I have been in the area for about 10 years, and I also travel by train occasionally. When I go to Narayanganj, I buy a ticket and get off many times. If the right manpower were placed in every sector of this government to monitor it, the government's revenue sector would have improved greatly.

Looking at this picture, it seems like everything is burning to ashes. Those who have no idea about the steel sector will think so. This is basically a picture of our factory's production. This plant is called the Continuous Casting Machine. Every rod company in Bangladesh has this. Here, the temperature at which the billet is cast after melting from the scrap is 1600 degrees. If this temperature is not reached, hot rolling cannot be done, and if hot rolling cannot be done, TMT bars will not be produced. However, the pace of production today is very good. I think the way production is going today, it will be possible to reach the target. If I had stayed at the place where I had taken the picture for a few more seconds, my mobile phone would have melted. I quickly took a picture and left the place.

This is my living room where I sit and do my office work every day. I post a lot of pictures, and I took a picture of my workplace and posted it. Today I am in a good mood, so the mood is good. Today, there is less work pressure in the office, so I took a picture on my mobile in a relaxed mood. The room I work in has an air conditioner, a computer, a landline phone, a printer, and a few chairs besides me. To my right is a cabinet containing important factory supplies.

The rolling mill is closed today because there are some mechanical problems in the mill. This is machinery, so sometimes problems arise. Not only that, but a few sections have to be changed in a day. Although you may not understand. The section is that the rod has different sizes, so to make the size, there is some mechanical work, otherwise it cannot be changed. This picture gives some very important instructions; there is a machine moving above this area, and there is a path to move down. The reason for putting this picture here is that you will be moving through here. Then you will move around, looking around and upwards. So, this picture is given here to maintain caution.

The goods you see in the picture here are basically a type of chemical that has been unavailable anywhere for the past few days. This chemical is not available outside of India. However, some importing companies in Bangladesh supply it to various factories. The dealer we were supposed to get it from could not deliver it properly. Due to this chemical, the company could not produce 50 tons per day. However, our company could have purchased this chemical, but this chemical cannot be kept for a long time. The shelf life of this chemical is a maximum of 6 months, and it is not always needed. However, the days are coming, and we need to start working quickly.

Before leaving the office, some fruits were ordered. However, our office boys are very good; they know how to serve them very well. They are cutting and arranging them very beautifully. It is nice to see their presentation before eating. While serving the fruit, a light amount of salt and chili powder is given. Whoever needs it will eat it. Sometimes this type of fruit is eaten before leaving for the office. If fruit is eaten at this time, it is also good for the body.
