I would like to share a beautiful flower from our rooftop garden. This is an attractive orange double hibiscus that caught my attention on the morning of 5 July 2026. Although the flower was not perfectly focused in the photo, its natural beauty was still very charming. The soft orange petals and the lush green leaves created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Every morning, I enjoy visiting our rooftop garden because it helps me relax before starting my daily work. Flowers like this remind me that nature always has a unique way of bringing happiness into our lives. Taking care of these hibiscus plants is one of our family's favorite hobbies. With proper watering and regular care, they continue to bloom beautifully throughout the season. I feel grateful whenever I see these lovely flowers decorating our rooftop.

The rich red color symbolizes love, energy, and strength. Even though the flower is partially hidden by the surrounding leaves, its beauty is impossible to ignore. I always feel happy when I discover new blossoms in our garden because each flower adds more color and life to our home. Gardening has become an enjoyable part of our daily routine. On the peaceful morning of 5 July 2026, I took this beautiful photograph of a soft peach-colored hibiscus from our rooftop garden. The gentle color of this flower immediately attracted my attention because it looks elegant, calm, and refreshing. Caring for these plants gives me great satisfaction and helps me reduce the stress of everyday life.

I would like to share a part of my daily work experience in our company's Store Department. The photo shows two encoder couplings that were recently purchased for the PLC Department. These items were sourced from the local market to meet the department's maintenance requirements. As a Store Department employee, one of my important responsibilities is to inspect every purchased item before it is accepted into our inventory. After receiving these encoder couplings, I carefully checked their overall condition, dimensions, machining quality, and finishing. I also examined the clamping slots and screw holes to ensure there were no visible defects such as cracks, dents, or manufacturing imperfections. Fortunately, everything appeared to be in good condition and matched the required specifications. Encoder couplings play a vital role in industrial automation systems. They connect the encoder shaft to the motor or machine shaft, allowing accurate transmission of rotational movement. A high-quality coupling helps minimize vibration, compensates for slight shaft misalignment, and ensures that the encoder provides precise position and speed feedback. This accuracy is essential for the reliable operation of PLC-controlled machinery. Although these couplings were purchased from the local market, proper inspection is still necessary before they are issued for installation. Even a small defect can affect machine performance and lead to unexpected downtime. Therefore, every component must be verified to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.

After completing my duties at the office, I started my journey back home as usual. However, the weather suddenly changed, and dark clouds quickly covered the sky. Within a few minutes, heavy rain began to fall. Unfortunately, I had not brought an umbrella with me that day. As a result, I had no choice but to stand beside the road and wait for the rain to slow down. While waiting, I noticed how the rain had transformed the surroundings. The wet road reflected the lights from the nearby shops, creating a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. Rickshaws and auto-rickshaws continued moving carefully through the rain, while many pedestrians, like me, searched for shelter. Although I was delayed, I found the moment surprisingly relaxing. Instead of feeling frustrated, I took out my mobile phone and captured this beautiful rainy scene. Sometimes, unexpected situations allow us to appreciate simple moments that we would otherwise ignore. The sound of the raindrops, the cool breeze, and the fresh smell of the wet earth made the evening feel calm and refreshing. Rain is a wonderful gift of nature. It cools the environment, nourishes plants, and brings new life to the earth. At the same time, it reminds us that we cannot always control our circumstances, but we can choose how we respond to them. Waiting patiently in the rain became a peaceful experience rather than an inconvenience. Although I reached home a little later than usual, I was happy that I had captured such a beautiful moment. This photograph will always remind me that even an ordinary evening can become special when we take the time to appreciate nature's beauty.
