Can you tour inside?
My husband recognized a little Brittish twist in the design of this first flag. That seems logical.
The place is run privately and is unpredictable as far as tours. It was suppose to be open when I was there but not.
It turned out to be the American War Historic Site. I thought it was a consulate! !
