Tim's intervention is very accurate. Giving continuity to a line, methodology or policy, be it in any field, without the expected results, is a complete mistake, one that can even lead to failure.

I am totally allergic to conformity, uniformity, conformity... Unfortunately, the trend seems to be heading in that direction (once again). Is it the same for you?
The truth is that I have never been a conformist person. I always like to go further and reinvent myself, following the same line doesn't suit me... it makes me feel like one more of the bunch. So I think we agree on that, my friend.
