We will not, at our discretion, be voting on posts from authors who do not have at least 100 SP in their wallet due to constant selling of the rewards from their homework posts.

Does it mean if you have not participated in any of the assignment before and still your SP is less than 100 but more than 50 reputation you can't partake?
